Okay I've been noticing for a good long time now that people think they can fil people's requests by using the site MyBannerMaker.com, well I'm here to say that no you can't. You are using a site that quite clearly the person making a request could use themself, therefore you aren't really filling the request because you lack the knowhow to do it in a graphical program, if I see people using this site to fill requests, you will be warned and eventually banned...I hope I make myself clear.
