Well, like everyone is asking "how do you make booster packs?", Everybody has MS Paint so heres a tutorial.

1- Save This Border- ***NEW BORDER

2- Open It With MS Paint -

3- Open The Image You Want in a other window and Resize it to 194x315.

4- Select the image and copy-paste on the border.

5- Go to http://www.toywebb.net/images/yugioh_logo.gif copy-paste it to the booster.(resize)

6- Below the Yugioh Logo, Write The Name of the Booster,in the font you want. (Or Just Find a Logo,)

7- Copy-Paste below the boosters name OR RIGHT IT IN PLATINO LINOTYPE SIZE NUMBER 8 BOLD.

8- Copy-Paste to the upper right corner.

9 And Final - Copy and paste to the upper left corner.

And Thats Final, It Should Look Something like this:

good tut but wrong place.

Good Tut for paint (even though thats thats the wrong type of konami sign) but should go in Graphic tutorials

The tut is OK, but a professional booster cannot be made in paint

I made one in my own software called Photoimpression

The Konami Sign he posted is off Video Games the new logo has been updated but this is a pretty goo tutorial for MS paint =)

It doesn't come good quality this way. use photoshop, paint shop pro or gimp

or Paint.Net

anyway yes the konami sign is the old one.

Maked booster in Paint, but it dont look so good as in Photoshop maked.

This tut is really good. Even on paint you can make good boosters, but not pro.

3d i need to know how to make them more 3d

What i could do. Only used SOME of the tut. Nice tut tho.
