In an effort to curb rep spam/abuse, a user must have at least 25 posts before they can add reputations to other users.

To be honest it should be more than 10, 10 is an easy number of posts to get.

Ten is okay, but I think something like 50 posts would have more effect.
I say only 4 star members and succesful Card Contests hosters should be allowed to give Rep. (or atleast be able to, once they reach that criteria, then the option of Repping should be available to them)

Limit has been increased to 25 due to popular demand and to coincide with "Member" rank.
Thanx YCMaker, 25 is enough, after 25 posts it would be obvious to see who is a spammer or not, in most cases.
