Nice images, but there are OCG errors. Lemme see what I can do:

Goku Jr.
During your Standby Phase, place 1 Charge Counter on this card. When this card has 5 Charge Counters on it, you can Special Summon 1 "SSJ Goku Jr." from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

SSJ Goku Jr.
This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Goku Jr.". Increase the DEF of this card by 2oo for each face-up "Vegeta Jr." on the field.

Growing Up to Expectations
This card is used to Ritual Summon "Adult Goku Jr.". You must also Tribute monsters whose total Levels equal 7 or more from the field or your hand.

Adult Goku Jr.
This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell "Growing up to Expectations". During your Standby Phase, place 1 Charge Counter on this card. When this card has 5 Charge Counters, you can send this card to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "SSJ Adult Goku Jr." from your hand or Deck.

SSJ Adult Goku Jr.
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Adult Goku Jr.". Increase the ATK of this card by 100 for each face-up monster on your field.

"SSJ Adult Goku Jr." seems underpowered for its summoning condition. I would increase the ATK bonus to either 200 or 300 per monster. The images are really good. I've fixed your OCG problems.
