Okay, since I take it most of you have probably read the announcement I made, I would like to hear your ideas on how the section can improve, what can be done to make your roleplaying more enjoyable, and what can be done to help you improve and so forth.

Anyone can already do that. In fact, there's a D-Gray Man RP already going on.
No, it's still open. That still doesn't change the fact that someone did one.
