I know this card is crazy but i really wanted to make it. It's all about the situation in when you play it

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand or Deck by removing from play 1 "Red Dragon Archfiend" or "Red Dragon Archfiend / Buster" from your Graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed except by it's own effect. You cannot declare an attack with this card. At the End Phase of each turn, destroy every monster on the field exculding this card. If a removed from play "Red Dragon Archfiend" or "Red Dragon Archfiend / Buster" is placed in your hand, Deck or Graveyard, you can Tribute 1 "Red Dragon Archfiend / Ghost" to Special Summon the "Red Dragon Archfiend" or "Red Dragon Archfiend / Buster" to your field.

Take the Red Dragon Archfiend /Buster bit out as a whole, as it says on RDA/B it can't be Special Summoned except by the effect of it and Buster Mode. Also, keeping the RDA/B part of the effect would make it op
