Cyber End Dragon + Cyber Barrier Dragon + Cyber Laser Dragon
This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon.
Once per turn you can destroy one face-up monster on your opponents side of the field and inflict damage equal to half the destroyed monster's ATK to your opponents Life Points, if you use this effect you cannot conduct your battle phase this turn. You can negate the effect of any Spell, Trap, and Monster Cards that designates this card. When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, you can Special Summon one Cyber End Dragon from your graveyard to the field.

Okay, I like it!!! It is overpowered though. 7/10

Its overpowered. Make it so you can only Fusion Summon it with the Fusion-Material Monster's and that would make it less OP.

Other than that' just work on your OCG.
