I need the required energy for the effects, the effect to do each effect, weakness, resistance, and retreat cost.

The powers for the effects can only go up to 80, the hp can only go up to 150 hp.

If you make it on a generator yes but i want it made by photoshop or gimp

I could leave those out and have someone edit them on photoshop or gimp.

Hmm, I've managed to create a Sprite Card at my shop,
maybe I could try out a regular Pokemon Card?

I'll give it a try, but i dont expect to have it done soon.

I did my best. Yes, it is on a generator, but you can get someone to edit it. I also changed the image.

No, he was Requesting to have a card made, so it goes in Requests. Also, D-Lock, don't use attachments, even in this Forum...
