I can see this this mechanic is an important thing in any deck, especially the top Decks. However, by existing, it has put thousands of cards out of business.

So, what kind of card would effectively prevent Special Summons?

Any card that negates Special Summoning is like a fragile vase. It's fun well it's there but it'll get smashed in a second.(Terrible analogy ftw?...) Like the Barriers or that one fellow who destroys ghosts.

Royal Oppression, Jowgen the Spiritualist, and Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo and the best-known.

By the way, what you are trying to do is construct an Oppression deck, which has been around for ages as an anti-meta deck. You really have been asleep for the past several years, haven't you?

You mean summon it with Tribute Doll? Doesn't it have to be a Level 7 exactly? Vanity is 8. Just Kaiser Sea Horse/Gelluendo and Double Summon.

And even then, that is bad.

Anyways, I wanted something that would murder SPecial Summons so effectively it would rip DAD, Lightsworns, and Glads to shreds.

Where do you GET THAT!!


I want one.i will ive just about anything for one.even certain cards i would never swap.

Actually, Macro Cosmos or Dimensional Fissure + Necroface might work against DAD and Lightsworn.

There's too much Spell and Trap destruction this format to make Macro and DFissure work.

Vanity's Fiend is okay, but not effective enough. Theer's too much 1750+ sticks in this format, IMO.

What about any 2 different barrier cards?

Vanity's Fiend FTW. Best one I know. There might be some Field Spell that prevents Speical Summons, but I can't remember.
