Honestly both of these cards are pretty bad.
However I guess Evil's is better because it doesn't have 3 x10^34 effects.

They both have tons of OCG errors....
Evilclown: This card's type is also treated as a Spellcaster. This card cannot be destroyed by a LIGHT type monster. During your Draw Phrase, you may discard 2 cards from your Hand and draw 2 cards. If you discard this card from your Hand to your Graveyard, you may Special Summon this monster.
Comments: The last effect is a bit overpowered, bit nice pic, and I rather it not to be Synchro.

FLIP: All 'Dark Flame' monsters on your side of the field increases their ATK by 500. Special Summon as many 'Dark Flame' monsters as you can. As long as this card is on the field, all card effects are negated. If there are no other monsters on the field except this card, destroy 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, all monsters on the field are removed from play.
Comments: Sentence structure and OCG is a bit off. nice pic and good effect concept, though the ATK could be a bit higher.
Overall: Gamekrazzy, just change the effect to this and you're on a winning streak! ^_^

Evilclown's effect doesn't do much good, and it's kinda cheap when in your hand.
Dark Flame Wolf is kinda like a multi defence system, gathering all the wolfs in defence mode and forming a wall your opponent can't break. If you removed the last effect, this card is perfect.
I like what your saying dude. But basically what my last effect is saying is that when it is attacked and the effect is activated, to remove him from play. Or else he would be to powerful. But I do like what you are saying.
The wolf has some serious OCG issues and its pic isn't really relevant to Dark Flames, so I'm going to vote Clown here.

The wolf has 5 seperate effects.
It has a ton of effects. Here are the problems
1. The "FLIP" effect is useless because the gain is before alll the new monsters are summoned
2. "Special Summon AS MANY darkflame monsters as you can." That is broken, and it also doesn't say where to summon them from.
3. "All card effects are negated as long as a Dark Flame Wolf is on the field. "This is dumb, it negates ALL of its own effects
4. "If there are no monsters on the field but this card, destroy an opponents monster" well there would be no monster to destroy so this is useless.
5. "If this card is destroyed in battle remove all cards on the field from play" with nothing to protect this guy, and the fact that you just summoned a bunch of monsters, and the fact that this HIGHLY broken effect is negated anyways...nevermind >_>
I won't even touch the OCG.

I kinda expect the person to know that the negate effect cannot negate it's own effect, because then it cannot negate any other card effects.
(I guess I should reword that one though.) I ment in your opponents control. oops. I guess we all make mistakes. Last but not least the remove from play was to balance the card's effect.
And if you go by OCG. Mine is New. As you might know new ocg is to where the effects are made shorter, by not being too descriptive.
You can't just "expect the duelist to know" what you mean when you've left out major points. And new OCG still has to tell the duelist enough to understand the effect, it's just worded differently, like how "gain" is used instead of "increase" these days, which you did not use.
