Um, no. they don't cost ACTUAL dollars. Points are usually the payment system (and most shops say X Points for this or X Points for that...)
Then you will probably recieve the item by PM.

Yeah, it cost points, and this is why I'm repeating what LOTAB said, I have a cheap shop with great quality things with low prices, so check out my shop!
