Hello there. This is a 1-on-1 contest consisting of myself and Spirit of J-Max for the title of Cutest Card Maker.
We both have a single card to present. We will only acknowledge ourselves as Contestants A and B, so it will be a bit harder to have any kind of bias. Make sure to judge based on image, balance, and OCG.
The prizes are 1 Rep to the Loser and 2 Reps to the Winner as well as the title of Cutest Card Maker.
End Date is 48 hours from now.

CARD TEXT
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand when there are 6 or more Spell Counters on your field. The original ATK and DEF of this card are each 500 x the number of Spell Counters on your field. The Level of this card is equal to the number of Spell Counters on your field (max. 12). While this card remains on the field neither player can Special Summon a monster with a Level equal to or lower than the Level of this card. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can discard 2 cards from your hand to Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your Deck with a Level equal to or lower than this card. When there are no Spell Counters on your field, destroy this card.

CARD TEXT
When you or your opponent Summons a monster, place a number of Rose Counters on this card equal to half its Level rounded up. Increase the ATK of this card by 100 for each Rose Counter on it. If this card is attacked by an opponent's monster, you can remove a number of Rose Counters from this card equal to the Level of the attacking monster to negate the attack and destroy the monster. If this card has 30 or more Rose Counters on it, you win the Duel.

I have no Clue,they are both so Balanced,but isn't Contestent B's Card a bit OP'ed because of the rose counter thing,basiclly sacrifice a LVL 8 monster,and it becomes Powerful,i have to go with you on this one Contestant A.

those 2 cards...after examining them so quite some time...I have to go with Contestant A's card since it is more balanced here.
Also, I can guess who's card is who's. Knowing their card style for some time makes it obvious...but I'll keep my mouth shut or shall I give a PM on this...
