Yes, a competition...
WHO CAN DESIGN THE BEST DRAGON CARD.
I will only accept 10 registrants (I'm no good at judging XD) .
There will be three trophies:
1st place: GOLD
2nd place: SILVER
3rd place: BRONZE

With the corresponding prizes:

1st place: Gold Trophy + 100% custom member card + 7 points + 3 rep.
2nd place: Silver Trophy + member card with choice of text only + 5 points + 2 rep.
3rd place: Bronze Trophy + member card with no choice + 3 points + 1 rep.

Original pics
Realistic features (not underpowered nor overpowered)
Good effects
Cards that aren't default (dark synchros welcome!)
Keep it original - Try not to copy other member's ideas

You may enter TWO cards at the maximum
For every feature you will get marks out of ten.

Effect:
During your Battle Phase all of your opponent's Monster Cards are switched to Defense Position, after your End Phase all cards go back to their Original Positions. On the second standby phase after this card was destroyed, Special Summon 1 "Freezing Arctic Dragon of the Southern World" from your Graveyard. face-up on your side of the field.

(He may seem slightly OP but hes one of the power cards of my Never - Set)
This monster can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Grand Dragon Mountain". You must also offer monsters whose total Level Stars equal 9 or more as a Tribute from the field or your hand. After every card destroyed as a result of battle with this card this card gains 200 ATK.

You cant give rep you are only level 1
you cant give rep until level 2

And the maximum amount of rep prizes per contest is 6. Sorry bu tthis will get locked
