-Pic
-If its overpowered, underpowered, or balanced.
There is an entry fee of 3 points.
Prizes are:
1st Place: 4 +reps
2nd Place: 2 +reps
3rd place: 40 points.

i already know my mistake. it should be "Ice" not "ICE" but it takes too long to change it and re-holo the whole thing.
Well, thats what trial and error is. Now, that tini thing is gonna cost ya in the constest though.

Effect:
During your Battle Phase all of your opponent's Monster Cards are switched to Defense Position, after your End Phase all cards go back to their Original Positions. On the second standby phase after this card was destroyed, Special Summon 1 "Freezing Arctic Dragon of the Southern World" from your Graveyard. face-up on your side of the field.
