Thanks to computerwhiz if you allow me to use your card as a example
(But then again, your banned

)
The screens in the spoilers are huge, watch out
First, get a holo sheet and your card
![[Image: 25ivxir.jpg]](http://i36.tinypic.com/25ivxir.jpg)
Then, copy your holo sheet onto your card
![[Image: 2hxxdna.jpg]](http://i33.tinypic.com/2hxxdna.jpg)
Now, lower the opacity of your sheet

Cut out anything you don't wan't to be holoed while the holo sheet is selected, with the Magnetic Lasso Tool:

Hope that helped ^_^
btw. you can stop at step 3 if you wan't full pic holoes
actually, rather than lowering the opacity,i found this out a week or two ago, that if you set it to "color dodge",it produces a nice effect which removes the black spots of the holo sheet and the white parts are brighter, this allows you to have bright lines.
Really? I think i heard that somewhere too, but dun remember where
I knew this before, and there are much more efficient ways to do this. Anyways, you could render the image first. Have a Render + Holo
Thanks for the tip MoneyPoney

i think it was Dark Rose who said that but if you look somewhere in KillerXkid's shop(i can't force you to find it but i did say it) you can see that i said to set it as color dodge first.
Yeah I did. It works and is what the pros, like me, do.
bump >.<
you can just hate it, but please comment it !
Great tut, but I don't have photoshop. I use gimp, but I have to holo the WHOLE pic, not just the background.
Same process with gimp, paste the sheet onto the card, lower opacity or set it to color dodge, then use the eraser or lasso while selected the sheet, select, and cut out, done!
Wow, nice tut!
Where can I get a holo sheet from, though? =/
google it

or just request some...
thanks anyway ^^
Wow, a lot like my tut, but a bit better due to the big screens (explains a bit more)! Love it, but where is the color dodge button?
P.S. Don't laugh, I'm new to GIMP, I started about a month ago.
