This is a pretty decent card, not to powerful, (but needs to be a bit more of a high 7+ level monster in my point of veiw) and would benefit an out of play deck theme. 8.6/10

if you are thinking of Dark World, it wouldn't help. "Dark World" monster's special summon effects do not activate if they sent from the Hand to the Graveyard as part of a cost. Also, I wanted it to be playable, that it why it is Level 5 (The low ATK is so it isn't overpowered), and I was really thinking of Tele-DaD when I made this. I wanted to help control monsters in the Graveyard so that it is easier to Special Summon Dark Armed Dragon. I thank you for your comment and rating though, and I like the cards you make.
