Oh yeah, I don't think Syrus would run Zane's deck because he would have to adjust the cards in it regularly.

Not only does Sho's Cyberroid deck have far stronger cards than most of Jounouchi's deck, but Sho is a far more talented duelist. Whereas Jounouchi tends to just gamble on his deck and hope the cards he plays work in unison, Sho plans ahead as shown in his duel against Kenzan (where he spent the entire duel setting up the Decoyroid Summon Blaster Loop), against Ryo (where he played a strategy that fought back with minimal damage against Ryo's stronger monsters) and Inotsume (in which he was able to surpass his brother entirely).
Dueling someone like Jounouchi would be an easy match for Sho. The only Gen 1 characters who he probably couldn't beat for that matter would be the two that any YGO duelist past, present, or future couldn't beat, Yuugi and Kaiba.
