Ok i thought that maybe since there was some space creatures for the E-Heroes that the D-Heroes Deserved some as well....I mean every good guy has a bad guy right? Well here are the Neotic-Sapians and also some more Destiny Hero creatures Cool

Destiny Hero - Diamond Defense
ATK/DEF:2150/2600
Attribute:Earth
Level:6
Type:Warrior/Fusion
Effect:Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude + Destiny Hero - Defender.
This monster can not be summoned except by fusion summon. While this card is in face-up defense position you can look at the top card of your deck and if it is a monster card, you can special summon it. If you special summon it this way, take the ATK of the monster as direct damage to your life points. If it is a spell card, send it to the graveyard and activate it's effect during your next Standby Phase. If it is a trap card send it to the graveyard and both players take 1000 points of direct damage. While this card is in face-up attack position apply the effect off the top of your opponents deck.

Destiny Hero - Neotic

Neotic - Sapian Snow Wolf

Effect: Once per turn, you can select 1 face-up water monster on your opponents side of the field and increase this monsters ATK and DEF by the ATK and DEF of the selected monster.

Neotic - Sapian Firebird
ATK/DEF:800/850
Attribute:Fire

Type:Pyro
Effect: Once per turn, you can remove a monster in the graveyard from play and destroy 1 spell or trap card on the field.

Neotic -Sapian Windtalker
ATK/DEF:700/700

Effect: While this card is face-up on your side of the field, once per turn, during your Draw Phase, if you draw a level 4 or lower monster you can special summon it. The special summoned monster can not attack this turn.

Neotic - Sapian Angels Gift

Type:Fairy
Effect: Each time a fairy-type monster on your side of the field destroys a monster increase your life points by the destroyed monsters ATK.

Neotic - Sapian Dwelling Shadow
ATK/DEF:1500/1000

Effect: While this card remains face-up on your side of the field, once per turn, you can roll a six-sided dice and apply the following effect to the number roll
1- Destroy all cards on the field and both players discard their hands.
2- During your next turn you can special summon 1 dark monster from hand.
3- Increase this monsters ATK by 1000 points until the end of the turn.
4- Your opponent draws 2 cards.
5- Both players combine their hand, deck, field, and graveyard together and shuffle, then draw 2 cards.
6- Draw 3 cards.

Neotic Universe
Field Spell
Effect: Increase the ATK of all monster with Neotic in their names by 500 points. As long as this card is active, fusion summon monsters that include Neotic in their names don't get returned to the deck.

Neotic -Sapian Ancient Dino

Type:Dinosaur
Effect: While this card remains face-up on the field, flip a coin and call heads or tails. If you call it right destroy 1 monster on your opponents side of the field. If you call it wrong destroy 1 monster on your side of the field.

Sapian Protector
Normal Trap
Effect: You can only activate this card when your opponent attacks a Neotic monster. Destroy all monsters on the field except Neotic monsters.

Negative Increase
Counter Trap
Effect: You can only activate this card when a card effect or monster attack or summon is negated. Add cards involved in the chain (including this one) to the owners decks and shuffle.

Battle Boundries
continuous Spell
Effect: Only 1 monster can attack life points directly each turn.

Undead Warrior
Normal Trap
Effect: You can only activate this card when a warrior or zombie is destroyed and sent to the graveyard as a result of battle. Special summon that monster to your side of the field during your next Standby Phase.

Destiny Hero - Flame Neotic

Effect: Destiny Hero - Neotic + Neotic - Sapian Firebird
This card can only be special summoned by fusion summon. This card can only be fusion summoned by returning the above fusion material monsters on your side of the field to the deck while "Neotic Universe" is on the field. (You do not need polymerization.) Discard a monster card from your hand and destroy 1 card on the field. This card returns to the Fusion Deck at the end of the turn.

Destiny Hero - Frost Neotic

Effect: Destiny Hero Neotic + Neotic - Sapian Snow Wolf.
This card can not be special summoned except by fusion summon. This card can not be fusion summoned except by returning the above fusion material monsters on your side of the field to your deck while "Neotic Universe" is on the field. (You do not need polymerization.) Once per turn, while you control this card, you can select 1 monster on your opponents side of the field and equip it to this card. This card gains the ATK of the equipped monster. This card returns to the Fusion Deck at the end of the turn. The monster equipped to this card is then returned to your opponents side of the field.

Destiny Hero - Storm Neotic

Effect: Destiny Hero - Neotic + Neotic - Sapian Windtalker.
This card can not be special summoned except by fusion summon. This card can not be fusion summoned except by returning the above fusion material monsters on your side of the field to your deck while "Neotic Universe" is on the field. (You do not need polymerization.) During your Draw Phase, if you draw a "Destiny Hero" monster you can draw again.This card returns to the Fusion Deck at the end of the turn.

Destiny Hero - Miracle Neotic
ATK/DEF:2500/2100
Attribute:Light
Level:7
Type:Warrior/Fusion
Effect: Destiny Hero - Neotic + Neotic - Sapian Angles Gift.
This card can not be special summoned except by fusion summon. This card can not be fusion summoned except by returning the above fusion material monsters on your side of the field to your deck while "Neotic Universe" is on the field. (You do not need polymerization.) Once per turn, while you control this monster, if a fairy-type monster on your side of the field destroys a monster in battle, you can special summon 1 fairy-type monster from your deck with an ATK equal to or less than the destroyed monster. This card returns to the Fusion Deck at the end of the turn.

nice, I like how you played off of already existing ideas. Now are you making a set like this for Evil Heroes? 9/10
Personally, I think this idea is a ripoff of the Neos cards. Also, some of the Neotic-Sapiens have VERY powerful effects and might be overpowered. Neotic - Sapian Angles Gift would be useless in a D-Hero deck. I don't think it is a good idea. It was a very good effort, but the Neo-Spacian idea didn't click with me when it was released either, so I disagree with this idea.
