not bad but why put it on the bottom of the deck? why not just anywhere in the deck? I mean it is getting shuffled in anyways so you should be able to just throw it in your opponents deck and shuffle. 4.75/5

oh and also one question....his second effect...does it only activate when your opponent normal summons him or both either of you?

both, I just wanted a card to disrupt the game.
