You are missing a lot of vital cards for a Traditional Deck.

Well at least tell how I can make it better so that I can do it "right".

... the first step to making it better is to take it apart...

Any Deck that is Chaos (control, Return OTK), Yata-Garasu Lockdown (preferrably the Chaos variant), Exchange of the Spirit FTK, Dark Armed Return OTK, Elma OTK (or whatever that Butterfly Dagger - Elma Deck is called) any Deck along those lines is one you should be aiming for when playing Traditional. If not then you may as well play Advanced Format.
