-1 Umbra (good card, but best at 1 so it doesn't clog)
-2 Creature Swap (rather slow)
-2 Terraforming (Gelata is awesome)
-1 Vocansphera (2 search is good. Tacita is awesome)
-1 Ammissura Fleet (2 is good)
-1 Mortuus-Thalamus (2 is good)
-1 Warning (liquesco is awesome)
-1 Liquesco (3 is killing the deck)
-1 Starlight Road (2 is good, though I would also suggest "The Huge Revolution is Over" so you can -1 more)

+1 Tacita (epic card is epic)
+1 Salvage (for Moray plays, and is epic with set up for Gelata/Tacita)
+2 Spiritual Water Arts (AWESOME with Lacus)

I'm pretty sure I went with just near every suggestion you made with the exception of negging a Vocansphera. I wound up negging Heavy Storm instead. I guess I felt like the deck is very S/T heavy in terms of leaving cards on the field, so a HS really might not fit well. Plus Vocansphera is a free search for any Mydra card in the deck so it's almost never a dead draw.

While I agree with Vocansphera being a none-dead draw, I still suggest it at 2 because Tadita is just awesome like that. If anything, I'd probably add the third MST in place of it...seeing as I also agree with your Heavy Storm being bad in this deck.
