A pretty cool remake of the Dark Link in Brawl.

Almost as awesome as your Snake Bros.

Not mine. NONE of these are mine.

Almost as good as THE Snake bros >_>

I take it, by "Counter-Pick", its a stage that you would go to, in responce to getting beat on a neutral stage.

And I saw the whole Spear Pillar bieng banned. THAT STAGE IS FREAKIN' 1-SIDED!

Counter-pick means "whoever loses on that stage gets to pick the next stage."

Yoshi's Island is neutral because there's no gimmick that gets in the way of gameplay.

Well why is Green Hill a Counter Pick? Its just as random asThe spinners.

Tournament mode has items set to off, right?yes they do.

I dunno, Yoshi's Island still seems pretty messed up :/

what about user-created stages? Those banned?

How?

Also, yes. Although I personally don't understand why they can't just put several boxes in a line and call that the finals of a tournament.

Me thinks you are thinking of the Melee one. That one is countr-pick/ban. It's the Brawl one that is neutral.

^ lol

on topic counter/banned reason for Norfair

i say counter pick not that bad for the reason ppl want it banned

Proponents of banning the stage claim that
The increased number of edges promotes stalling the game by constantly alternating between edges for invincibility,

Really who can you do that with if u mess up you r done u can catch some one i think when they leave the edges and before they get to the next one

That the lava plumes provide an unnecessary degree of unpredictability.

they sometimes help you from death and are easy to dodge

IIRC, they only bring in food. So I don't think it would really affect the stage. If anything, it would be neutral/counterpick at most.

The shyguys don't bring anything when the items are turned off, so it doesn't matter any way.
