Take the Red Dragon Archfiend /Buster bit out as a whole, as it says on RDA/B it can't be Special Summoned except by the effect of it and Buster Mode. Also, keeping the RDA/B part of the effect would make it op Razz

excluding = except

The recolor is sort bad =/
