FYI, Im not going in any order.

I make the cards as I feel like, so dont expect regular updates.

I know that these cards mention a few cards not yet made. Dont worry about it, I'll get to them eventually.

Akatsuki Zetsu

During your Battle Phase, any monster sent to the Graveyard is removed from play instead. This card gains 50 ATK for each card sent to the Graveyard during your Battle Phase. This card's Type is also treated as Warrior, and Plant. During your opponent's Battle Phase, return this card to your hand and increase your Life Points by 400. During your Main Phase, you can discard this card from your hand to send 1 card from your opponent's hand to the Graveyard.

Curse Mark Uchiha #3

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play from your Graveyard 3 DARK monsters. When this card is Special Summoned, discard up to 6 cards from your hand. Your opponent removes from their Graveyard from play the same number of cards you discarded. During your Battle Phase, this card gains ATK during the Damage Step only equal to the number of DARK monsters in your Graveyard x300.

Uchiha Sasuke Chidori

This card cannot be Normal Summoned. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 face-up "Uchiha Sasuke". This card is also treated as Thunder-Type. During your Standby Phase, your opponent draws 1 card from their Deck for each turn that this card has been face-up on your side of the field. During your Battle Phase, you can destroy up to 2 face-up monsters your opponent controls. This is treated as an attack from this card.

Demon Uzamaki Naruto

This card cannot be Normal Summoned. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 face-up "Uzamaki Naruto". When this card is Summoned, you can Special Summon as many "Shadow Clone - Uzamaki Naruto" from your Extra Deck as possible to your side of the field. During your Battle Phase instead of attacking, you can Tribute up to 2 "Shadow Clone - Uzamaki Naruto" from your side of the field to inflict 3000 damage to your opponent.

Uzamaki Naruto

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summon this card from your hand by removing from play 1 Level 8 or higher Spirit Monster from your Graveyard. If this card is Summoned this way, it gains 500 ATK. Once per turn, remove from play 1 monster on the field. If you do not, destroy this card and halve your Life Points.

Uchiha Sasuke

During each of your Standby Phases, you can put 1 Curse Counter on this card for each monster your opponent controls. You can Tribute this card with a number of Curse Counters more than or equal to the Level of a "Curse Mark Uchiha" monster in your Deck to Special Summon it. The ATK of this card is treated as 100 more than the monster with the highest ATK on your opponent's side of the field's ATK.

Curse Mark Uchiha #3 [7/10]

OCG error: the word 'only' is redundant. Rather balanced, but won't last very long due to him only being an 'attacker', not an 'attackee', although conversely, it's hard to insta-trap him out.

Uchiha Sasuke 's Chidori [5/10]

OCG question: ...any Uchiha Sasuke, including your opponents? Not balanced at all. Potential deck-out effect, monster denial... youch, it's a game-winning card. Especially since there are multitudes of ways to keep it in play/safe...

Demon Uzamaki Naruto [6/10]

OCG question: ...again, any Uzamaki? Instant Win card. It's possible to do 6000 damage with little setup. And that's IF you only bring back one from the graveyard/out of play. I can see 12000+ setups easily with it...
