well I know that the Juracs are not relesed on TCG yet, but if they ever were, then this would be great, the only problem is that we need to make sure that the opponent does not have traps or quick-play spells so we can attack with no fear, if the player have 8000 life point still then he/she could rise Jurac Tyrannus attack to even 10000.

To be honest, it's not really that bad...
It just requires you to have Black Ptera on the field for a complete turn, which kinda sucks.
But the major problem is that it's another one of those OTKs that can be countered way too easily.
However, since Dinos have another OTK that can also be performed pretty easily, it's worth basing a deck on those OTKs.

This is basically the same as Toon Cannon Soldier + Ultimate Offering + Black Ptera, except worse because it uses a Level 7 unsearchable FIRE monster instead of a Level 4 DARK monster that benefits from Toon Table of Contents, and is vulnerable to anything that can block attacks.
