ii) OCG: "Activate only when a "Mech" monster on your side of the field is attacked. Inflict..."

Mech Redraw
i) Make it a Normal Spell Card
ii) OCG: "Shuffle your hand into your Deck. Then draw a number of cards equal to the number of "Mech" monsters in your Graveyard."

Mech Refund
i) OCG: Move all Spell Cards from your Graveyard to your hand. Your Deck is then shuffled.

"Mech Refund" could be seen as overpowered. Maybe you could consider a Life Point cost or "Mech" monster cost?
