The pic is fine. The OCG is a LITTLE off. And the only thing i hate about it is that it has a plain effect

I think it's been said. The effect seems a tad plain. Then again, I think the effect for my old Shadow Lugia (Same pic as yours) is plain too. I don't remember...

Like the pic.Although effect should be just slightly powered up more i think.Like,when this card is face-up on your side of the field you can negate the effects of a spell or trap by discarding 1 card.That's just my opinion though.
