this mostly says it all. Ra is basically not permitted in Duels so Relinquished win not matter what. God card are just a bunch of well crap. There only made to actually promote the show nothing more and nothing less.
But to be honest if you do want to do this it should be Relinquished Vs. Ra's and the other God card's legal counter part. The Wicked God cards... As for Ra it would be the The Wicked Avatar But seance this card can be effected by effects form monsters Relinquished would win if used right.
