Here is mine:

This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster can only be Special Summoned by sacrificing one level 4 or under Dragon monster on your side of the field. Increase this monster's ATK by 100 each turn this monster is Face-up on the field. When one "Time Wizard" is on the field, increase this monster's ATK by 1200. When this monster is destroyed in battle, Special Summon one level 3 or under Dragon monster from your deck or hand.

srry man i did just now but u made the point submission amount like at the bottom and its almost like fine print

and if u notice on my card almost everything is reversed from the origenal
