As you may have noticed, I have removed Brionac from this list. As we are in the TCG and not the OCG, and since it has just been announced that the TCG Forbidden List does not list Brionac as being Limited, I have removed it from the list.

My only guess as to why they put Breaker at 3 is that when it was at 1 last format, it wasn't causing any problems to the meta. While still a highly playable card, it's less broken now than back when it was banned, as the game has sped up considerably making Normal Summons more important than ever.

Of course, most of the people who do need to read this probably won't (i.e. n00bs who post random decks and custom cards in the wrong section).

Robert is an OTK speeder so I'm not suprised. CotH is the least powerful of the generic Revival 3.

I have a personal grudge against this banlist only because of Demise, King of Armageddon being limited and DSF being banned. I just made a deck around Demise's OTK not even a month ago. Other than that this ban list is alright. I am a little shock Breaker the Magical Warrior is at 3, D.D. Warrior Lady at 3, and Raiza the Storm Monarch at 3.

I like the Chaos Sorcerer at 2 so this counters the personal grudge.

Yay! Now we only have one solemn to deal with, shame level limit B and gravity bind are still limited, wanted to make a deck around them. I remeber back before monster reborn was banned in the first place. Thoses were the days...
