RP Sample: Francis walked up to the steel door when he heard a slurping noise behind him. He spun around, .44 Magnum brandished and aimed at the door. He knew this area was demonic, and that his gun wouldn't kill, but he had no choice. A black mist began to appirate infront of him. He shot. A whizzing bullet pierced through the mist, pinging off a metal shelf.
"Nice try, but this time you won't get away." The mist spoke, depressingly and softly.
Francis desperatly tried to shoot again, this time piercing a hole in the door. The soft morning light burst through and made a hole in the mist.
"You missed again." The voice sounded more agitated this time, but still confident. Francis fired four more holes into the wall, all piercing the mist. He knew it wasn't enough. He fumbled around trying to reload. The mist got closer. Blood seeped from his eyes, nose and mouth. He choked and squealed, spluttering last words about his wife and son. All went silent. One last crack, and Francis slumped.
"A below par Soul. I hoped for more." The mist faded to black, leaving Francis to rot, a beam of light shining on his eye.
