Here at the Kwik-E-Mart, if the customer is not 100% satisfied, they get a full refund.
However, if you do get a refund on an item, i can't stop anyone still having the item, but that item can not be used anymore and anyone caught using it will be reported and maybe negged.
Basically, when your points have been refunded, you loose all rights you had for the item in question.
