This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except with "Assault Mode Activate". Once per turn you can destroy one card on the field. When this card on the field is destroyed, you can Special Summon one "Legendary Pokemon-Mewtwo" from your Graveyard.

When this card is Synchro Summoned you may Special Summon 1 "Legendary Pokemon-Articuno", "Legendary Pokemon-Zapdos", or "Legedary Pokemon-Moltres from your deck.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Legendary Pokemon-Arceus" equipped with a "Fire Plate". When this card is Special Summoned inflict 200 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 "Legendary Pokemon-Arceus" on your field equipped with a "Water Plate". When this card is Special Summoned, you can gain 200 Life Points.

While this card is face up on the field every "Legendary Pokemon-Entei", "Legendary Pokemon-Suicune", and "Legendary Pokemon-Raikou" on the field gains 350 ATK and DEF.

When this card is selected as an attack target you can change to target of the attack to another Monster on your side of the field with "Pokemon" in it's name. If this Monster is the only Monster on your side of the field select you Life Points. While this card is face up on your side of the field select and activate one of the following effects
-- Destroy every card on the field except this card.
-- While this card is the only card on the field this card gains 4700 ATK and 4000 DEF. Next turn you lose 1300 Life Points.

While this card is face up on your side of the field every other Monster on the field loses 200 ATK and DEF. Once per turn you can Tribute 1 "Legendary Pokemon-Kyogre" or "Legendary Pokemon-Groudon" on your side of the field to destroy every card on the field other then this card.

This Monster can only be on the field for 7 of your turns. Every Standby Phase place 1 "Wish Counter" on this card. When there are 7 destroy this card. Every other turn destroy a card on your field and activate 1 of the following effects depending on the card:
Monster: This card gains 4000 ATK and DEF
Spell: Destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field
Trap: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Monster from your deck with "Pokemon" in it's name.

Once per turn you can randomly discard 1 card from your hand to have your opponent randomly discard 1 card from their hand. Once per turn you can Tribute this face up card to Special Summon 1 Monster with "Deoxys" in it's name from your hand.

Good, OCG, and I think you can limit Mewtwo's effect. A monster that summons tokens with 2000 ATK and DEF normally is OPed. Otherwise, good!
