CHAMPIONSHIP RULES (Click to View)

If using PIC 1:
1) It must be a monster.
2) It must support Zombie, Fiend or DARK or they must support it.
3) Must be able to play counters on it. However, the counters don't need to affect it. They can, but they don't have to.
4) Must be level 1 or level 8.

If using PIC 2:
1) Cannot be a trap card.
2) Must have "Moon", "Lunar", "Luna", "Night" or any of those words in different languages in the name.
3) Must have a drawback unless it is a Normal Monster, because then it can't.
4) It cannot have any subtypes except "Effect", "Ritual" or "Fusion".

I have tried to be a bit clever by making this card. I hope you share my view.

EFFECT: "Summoned Skull" + "Pumpking the King of Ghosts"
This card can only be Summoned by a Fusion Summon. For each Zombie-Type monster(s) in your Graveyard, this card gains 200 ATK and DEF. If you control at least 1 Fiend-Type monster, your opponent cannot play any Trap Cards. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, your opponent must send to the Graveyard the top 3 cards of his/her Deck.

This card is also treated as a Zombie-type monster. This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. If this card is returned to your hand by the effect of this card you may place 2 "Pumpkin Tokens" (Plant-Type/EARTH/1 Star/ATK 100/DEF 100) on your side of the field. When this card is Normal Summoned, or flipped face-up destroy all "Pumpkin Tokens." For each "Pumpkin Token" destroyed by this effect your opponent takes 300 points of damage.

Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned to your opponents side of the field if "Pumpking of Ghosts" is face-up on your side of the field. During each of your opponents Standby-phases, Special Summon 1 "Pumpkin Token" (Zombie-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) on their side of the field in face-up ATK position. The "Pumpkin Tokens" cannot change battle position, and cannot be Released for a Tribute Summon (or Set.) For each of the "Pumpkin Tokens" destroyed as a result of battle, you loose 1000 Life Points. If "Pumpking of Ghosts" is removed from the field, destroy this card.

Btw, I didn't notice that someone else used "Pumpkin Tokens" until after I posted. xD I guess it's just a common thought.

You can equip this card to any Level 3 or lower monster you control. The equipped monster can not be destroyed by Quick-Play Spell Cards. It also gains 300 DEF. If the equipped card is destroyed by battle, you can destroy this card instead. If this card's effect is negated, you lose 500 Life Points and your opponent skips his/her next Draw Phase.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned. This card cannot be Special Summoned, expect by its own effect. When this card is drawn you can reveal it to your opponent, then send it to your Graveyard. If this card is in your Graveyard during your Draw Phase, if the drawn card is a DARK monster with the same name as a DARK monster in your Graveyard, Special Summon this card. Once per turn select 1 monster on the field; this card's Level becomes the same as that monster's. By discarding 1 DARK monster you can have this card gain(s) the effect of 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard, with the same Level as this card, until your End Phase. During your End Phase you must send 1 DARK monster from your Deck to the Graveyard, with a Level equal to the amount of card(s) in your Hand, if you cannot remove this card from play and destroy all card(s) you control, then take damage X700 for every card destroyed by this effect. While this card remains face-up on the field you cannot Tribute Summon (Set) monsters.

i tried to make a token effect that helps this one but i realized other people are using tokens so Enjoy!

All monsters your opponent controls during his/her Battle Phase must declare an attack. When this card is destroyed by battle you can take the control of 1 monster your opponent controls until your next End Phase. That monster cannot declare an attack or be Tributed.
