Since I'm not on the list of entrants I'm going to say that I am going to do this since I already have teams for all tiers (side from NFE, which I've already half fixed).

Also I'm going to warn you know, be ready to have this things drag on.

Alright, might as well tell you, my WiFi is gonna be down for an indefinite amount of time, I doubt I'll have it back in time for the first round. Just so you know, I'll be using Shoddy, as you can guess. If not, *shrugs*

NFE are, as far as I know, only he first stages.

Ban Al from what? UU? He's now a member of that tier so it's fair to use him. If you mean OU you can't since the only pokemon you can't use in that tier is Ubers.

Still that fact that he brought up the tier list is important though since it may be helpful if you had the tiers up so people can know what pokemon they can use and when.

NU: Preliminary team is sav'd, one poke has an error due to sav so I'm probably going to have to make it as a legit poke.
UU: lolwut. Aggron won't have Head Smash but I'll figure out something.
OU: Ready

@Flame, I thought NFE was anything that wasn't fully evolved. Watching some old NFE revolution vids, I saw Bayleefs, Shelgons, and Charmeleons running amok.

Oh, is that right? Well, I'm pretty sure we're using Little Cup rules for this. I did state that for the NFE tier battles, the teams would have to consist of Pokemon that are within their First Stage of Evolution only.

I'll add the three of you to the list. JG, do try and get your wifi working before too long.

SPECS WAILMER WILL AVENGE HIS COMRADES.

PokeSav is my best friend when I have AP homework trying to kill me. Anyway, is the NFE going to be LC with like lv5 pokes and lv5 moves, or with moves that span to lv100.

LC is full of little things with TM's and egg moves which sucks for a few pokes. Like SpecsWailmer. Just saying.
