well, that has to suck. did you remember to register for the yvd chat? if noot, then that could be your problem right there.

well you just hit the chat button, then in the first window to open type /join yvd. after that, type /nick your-nick-here, and if you have registered it, it should ask you to give your password, at which point you type /identify your-password-here. if it does not do that, but instead says something about your nick not being registered or unregistered nicks not being able to message or anything, then you need to register it. XD
