When this card is Summoned, toss a coin. If Heads, increase the ATK of all Winged Beast-Type monsters on the field by 300 until your next Standby Phase. If Tails, this card can’t attack this turn. Once per turn, you can pay 700 Life Points to toss a coin. If Heads, destroy 1 face-up monster on the field with the same or lower Level taht this card. If Tails, you can’t conduct your Battle Phase this turn. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, add 1 Level 2 or lower non-Tuner WIND monster from your Graveyard to the top of your Deck.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play all cards in your Graveyard. When this card is succesfully Summoned, toss a coin: Heads: Your opponent receives damage equal to the removed cards from play x200. Tails: Your Life Points increase equal to the removed cards from play x200. During your Standy Phase, send 5 cards from the top of your Deck to your Graveyard, toss a coin for each monster send to the Graveyard this way: Heads: Increase this cards ATK by 200 until the end of your turn. Tails: Increase the DEF of this card by 300 until the end of your opponent's next turn.

Turtle King: Hmm...Pic is very bad and slightly blurry, and really looks like a Reptile or an Aqua Type monster, the effect is quite bland as well, the OCG however, is tight. 31/50


Shadow the Lugia: Well, the pic is unattractive for a start, and Reptile could suite it better, the effect is quite boring, the OCG isn't perfect but is solid, nonetheless; it was a good try. 38/50


Lexadin: Nice shot! The effect is quite creative and balanced, OCG could use a bit of work, the pic looks quite "Aqua"ish with that blue BG, but good! 42/50


Mig8: Aww, the pic looks bad and unattractive, the effect is boring, bland and OCG is very bad; Enough said. 12/50


DeMeNTeD: Yes, effect is very unique, OCG is just flawless, not sure though, a bit OPed maybe; The BG is quite vague and irritating. 45/10


gustavosuarez: Weell..good I think, the pic has a bland BG though; Effect isn't very creative either, and OCG could use work, but I really don't know why overall it seems good though has quite a lot of errors. 34/50
