So who else writes lyrics?

So this week at my school (I go to art school btw) we started to write our own lyrics, yesterday being my first time ever writing a song. Wanted to know if anyone else on here wrote lyrics oh and i wanted to post what i wrote yesterday

This is murder, this is for pride.

I write both lyrics, and poetry, I used to write lyrics all the time, but my poetry seems to be gradually replacing that.

Shadius: This is not bad at all really. Some of the lines seem a tiny bit forced (This will forever be the end - For I'll kill you again!) but I guess it'd make a nice Metalcore tune. Or maybe something like Ex-Deo, battlefield revenge stuff.
