Card A:

Effect (Click to View)

Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Origami Token" (Winged-Beast/WIND/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0.) "Origami Tokens" cannot be Tributed during the 1st turn they are Summoned. Once per turn, you can select 1 "Origami Token" you control. Then you can Tribute 1 monster you control to destroy 1 monster on the field. The selected Token gains the ATK, DEF, name, Level, and effect of either the Tributed monster or the destroyed monster until the End Phase. Once per turn, during the beginning of Main Phase 1, you can discard 1 card and Tribute 1 "Origami Token" you control to Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck whose Level is equal to or less than the Level of the Tributed Token. When this card is attacked, you can switch the attack target to an "Origami Token" you control. When this card is destroyed or flipped face-down all "Origami Tokens" you control are destroyed.

Fusion Hero - Infernox Destroyer + Elemental Hero Flame
This card can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon. This card gains 300 ATK for every FIRE-Type monster in your Graveyard. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon 3 "Flame Tokens"(FIRE/Pyro/ATK/1300/DEF/1300/Level-3) in face-up defense position.

Card A because... Well nothings been said that I couldn't say, but it could run almost stand-alone, whereas Card B (I can't be arsed to scroll up to check the name) is a fusion. A fusion? C'mon... Plus Card B's effect isn't as deep. I like depth.
