cool, this seems like it's gonna be neat, and quick question, what's gonna be the starting date for this? my character is gonna have a sort of journal and i wanna keep track for it

Joel sat in his room on his chair, doing what he spent a large amount of his time doing, fixing and making weapons. Out of the survivors almost none had any mechanical knowledge, and the few that did weren't good enough to make weapons, so Joel had to produce the weapons for the entire hunting squad. He wouldn't normally know how to do this himself, luckily he found a pistol, when other people needed guns he decided to give replicating one a shot. So he opened up his gun and found resources similar enough to recreate the same parts necessary for another gun. However this was not easy, and took almost a year to successfully manufacture a working gun. However he only made two, after that, what with the creation of the UPE, he decided to not make any more, he was all in favour for this new peaceful world, and knew guns would only destroy it.

He sat on his chair chipping away at the hot steel the blacksmith had recently forged for him. The weapons he made now were far less lethal. He made more primitive weapons now, bows and arrows etc. Only he used the gun however he did not use live ammunition. Instead he uses tranquillisers to put the animals to sleep, so when he kills them, they don't feel the pain of the stab wound to the heart.

He stood up from his chair and took hold of the newly formed weapon. He'd forgotten it was hot and it burnt his hand. He felt the pain, but managed not to draw attention to it. He immediately put on two gloves and picked up the new weapon and walked out of the room through the ten-like door.

He wandered down the muddy footpath to the main hunting centre. He walked through to the back room where he kept the weapons. He pulled out his key from his chain and opened the door. He entered the room and placed the arrow on the table. Just as he was about to leave and as he was turning around he saw something horrific. He didn't scream though, it seems only in horror movies is fear vocal.

He suddenly ran out of the building and ran through the footpaths screaming.
"JADE!! JAADDE!!!!" He screamed as he ran past the houses. He eventually got to Jade's house. He banged on the door frantically, as loud as he could, still screaming, "JAADEE!!!"

Jade jumped as she heard the loud banging. Wondering what the matter was, she crossed the cabin and opened the door, looking down at the white-faced Joel. "What is it?" she asked. "What have you seen?" She grabbed the straw hat hanging from behind the door and put it on her head.

after an epic battle with the crows Josep had finally settled down and laid in his cornfield."crap...what's today....if it's a shipment day...I'm screwed...." he said as he got up and looked at the road leading to the main settlement."I guess I can take some corn if I work hard starting now...but they'll have to wait for everything else"

"I think that's everything." Damion said as he checked threw all his medical supplies. He closed the suitcase and got up from his chair. He pulled his hanckercheif out of his pocket and coughed into it. A few specks of blood could be seen on it. He sighed. "A doctor who can't save his own life. Irony sucks." he said darkly, and exitted his room to find the others.

[Ezio]

"Jade... it was the first time in almost ten years... someone has been murdered!" Joel said bluntly. "I didn't know what to do, so I came to you."

[Magnet]

Jade looked alarmed. "Take me to the scene right now!" She stopped and grabbed a rake. Her martial arts skills were still with her, and seeing as she specialised with a staff, it would work just the same with the rake.

"hmm...things seem odd today" he says as he lifts up the sack of corn."hmm...I hope this is enough for today.... I really don't feel like working today."

[Ezio]

"Follow me!" Joel said. He ran back to his quarters making sure Jade was behind him for every step of the way. He stopped outside the back room which he had accidentally left open, he walked in and turned to the corner, the body was gone, as was the bloodstained knife. Luckily there was still blood on the walls. "s***!" He screamed.

[Stein-hakase]

Damion walked out of the house to see Jade and Joel running towards the path. Jade had a stff in her hands. "Something up?" he asked as they got closer.

Suddenly Josep smelled something in the air, after such a long time, he had never thought he would smell it again, yet he shrugged it off and continued walking."Im sure it's just a natural kill....predator and prey...but....it smells like...human blood..."
