OCG- X-31's is better as Jolta has few errors with the card and X-31 being perfect.

Pic- Both pics are quite good but X-31 has an perfect picture

Effect-Both effects can work well, both are a bit OP. X-31's though its more creative being that it has new type of effect.

Both are decent cards, but I vote for X-31.

you can go "Grr..." all you like, but they can vote for whoever they want. take me for example. i am a part of one of fighters threads, and he asked people there to vote here. however, he and i both know that it is wrong to try and rig a contest, so i know that he would never do that. that being said, i could easily vote against him and for you if i wanted.

he hasn't had a vote yet because he is not worthy. or i should say, he has only had one vote yet due to that fact, seeing as someone voted for him before i posted here? and now that i think about it, it doesn't really have anything to do with worthiness, and everything to do with ability. his card is too difficult to summon, and the effect is to hard to utilize. i vote for fighter, since the effect is both much more useful, and plus the monster can be more easily summoned.
jolta, i know how you can get better at card making. don't just always focusing on having your cards be power based. have your cards help out in other ways, such as special summoning or monster protection.

X-31's effect is... unusual...
Jolta's card is hard to summon without a deck built for it using YCM cards. And its effect is only useful if the opponent attacks it, knowing it won't die. The negate attack effect has some use.

I vote X-31, but just barely.
