Featured Clubs/Org. Application Thread (remake)

If you wish to have a club stickied, this is the place to ask fill out the following form and wait for Hunter, Glass, or myself (mainly myself) to answer the application. Denied organizations/clubs may reapply after waiting one full month since the date of the denial, unless they have been permanently denied. Any complaints, whining, etc. about this will continue to push back the reapplication time. It could also very well result in warnings, permanent denial, and disbanding. Do NOT PM anyone concerning the status of your club, unless it has been EXACTLY one week of no activity in this thread. This means that no editing has been done in the thread for a full week. Any PMs received before that point will result in the instant denial of that club. Causing trouble over applications can lead to permanent denial and possibly lead to club disbanding.

General rules for clubs applying

1) The person posting the application is the threads creator or is the current club leader if the original thread creator has left. The only other time some one other then the club leader can post the application is if the leader is unable to

2) Have an actual topic of discussion (this rules shows up a lot doesn’t it)

3) Your club must always be open for new members.

A club must meet the above three requirements to apply.

3) Be at least 2 months old

4) Have reached a post count of at least 500

While a club doesn’t need to meet these two requirements, meeting them will greatly increase the chance of your club getting stuck.


Note: There will be a maximum of 6-8 clubs accepted to be featured at a time.

While I am rewriting this app form I will say one of the new rules now: You must be the creator of the club to fill out the app. If for some reason the leader has left the forum then you must be the new leader.

Ranking system used -
Elite Four - Elite four members are members whom I trust to help me run the club. If they get a permanate ban or decide to quit YCM forever I will have to look for the next best person who I think deserves the position. Elite four members have the power to Ban current members and Accept new members. Elite four members must PM me a message saying what they have done and why they did it. They can also start new topics.

Gym Leaders - Gym Leaders are members whom I think are doing good in the club and if an elite four member gets permanately banned or quits they will be up for consideration to be an elite four member. Gym leaders can start new topics and hand out warnings.

Cool Trainers - Cool Trainers are members who are continuously posting here and are good members to the club. Cool Trainers can start new topics.

Trainers - Trainers are normal members of the club.

New Trainers - New Trainers are new members to the club (Duh) they stay in this rank for 1-2 weeks unless they show promise I will move them to Trainers possibly even Cool Trainers.

Also, I don't tolerate 1-2 word posts, and any of them are approached with a 1* warning whcih expires in 2 weeks.

You rank up with Club Points, gained for posting cards or GFXes, being helpful, being nice, being active, making a banner, because I feel like it etc.
You gain stars according to your Club Points:
1 star: Join
2 star: 10 points
3 star: 30 points
4 star: 80 points
5 star: 200 points
6 star: 500 points.
Some very active, very well behaved members have the chance to become co-host, and can issue warnings and accept people.
