Again, I say, that's not necessary. An Effect Tuner does not have "/ Effect" in its Monster Type. It only has "Type / Tuner." Why is this so hard to understand? A Tuner monster is an Effect Monster in its own right, the same way a Gemini, Spirit, or Union monster is.
