Or is it that you are actually praying for the opposite of what you believe you are praying for and God is answering exactly what you are truly praying for?

No.

I understand what you mean but ehm... one could also say that you're a lucky person?
And when things start going wrong there's no god anymore?
Sorry you don't need to reply, just had to post it.xD

If I'm lucky, so be it. But I'm usually not very lucky whatsoever. And I'll keep praying I guess. In the hopes that something will happen. Something always does.

@Father Wolf: I lol'd.

Although I think this thread is a little "stupid", I'd have to say I'm more of an Agnostic. I used to be Catholic, but Catholicism is mad creepy.

RE: Christian or Atheist?
I asked for looks, god gave me scars
I asked for height, god stopped making me grow at 11
I asked for brains, god gave me mental disorders.
I asked for parents, god gave me divorce
I asked for love, god didn't respond

My form of atheism is different than the traditional veiws. I believe there is a god out there, but he forgot about me.

Those who suffer know shall be shown healing later. Which isn't just a saying comparing Heaven and Earth. Ever heard of the classic "Big popular high schooler" beating up "Little weak nerd that ends up being a billionare, that ends up employing the big popular high schooler."?

Yeah, this happens not only from Earth to Heaven but from other points in your life.

I am a Christian, and I don't see how it's creepy.

So god's gonna make me a millionare and make some popular kid a hobo?

If so, I don't like your god at all. He's a bully.

No. Only the people who stepped on other people to get their popularity, those who decided to waste their future on making sure they are cool, rather than focusing on other things. Those who have decided to focus on the things they should have, they will be rewarded.

Also, it was kind of a theory. Which apparently, may be wrong.

No it's not.
It's a perfectly valid, quite common belief nowadays. Christian morality but god is dead or never existed.

Jeez,
YCM + religions = ._.

I tried that with my other threads but no one cares.='3

I always felt like being Muslim makes it a lot easier for you to become an Atheist, maybe because Christianity makes sense somehow? I don't know....

You are an idiot
Do you not know anything about either religion? Seriously, that is totally baseless and makes no sense what so ever.
