I vote for magnum, but for different reasons than the above posters. I actually find magnum's pretty underpowered, but the other one is BROKEN overpowered! It might be a level 8, but you're tributing 1 monster to destroy ANY card on the field and draw 2? Not even a once per turn limit.

But for each monster you draw -1000 LP.
