You are gonna need to make a dark tuner with 10 stars in order to summon because you must subtract from a level 1 or 2 monster unless you make the dark tuner 11 or 12 stars so make it at least 10 stars

Your dark synchros level is fine you might even want to make it negative level 7 instead!!
