Toa Kopaka

When this card is Summoned, select and activate one of the following effects:
- Your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards until the end of their next turn.
- Negate the effects of all monsters your opponent controls until the end of their second turn after this ceffect was activated.

Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Matoran" monster from your hand. That monster cannot attack this turn. Once per turn, by removing 1 "Matoran" or "Toa" monster from play from your Graveyard, you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field.

When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, Special Summon 2 "Fragment Tokens". The Type and Attribute of the Tokens is the same as the destroyed monsters ATK, DEF, and Level halfed.

Don't use Rounded Down. Disadvantages you.

umm you can create even more than that
actually if you do all the cards there will be no end to it Like toa-type(tahu) , matoran-type(jaller), turaga-type(vakama, nokama), rahkshi-type(turahk) and rahi-type(muaka, visorak), makuta-type(antroz, teridax, icarax), dark hunters(roodaka, krekka), piraka-type, barraki-type, glatorian-type, agori-type, skrall-type(tuma, stronius, bone hunters etc) and finally machines

You've got your work cut out for you lol. You're not even completeley done with 2003 and 2009's ended now! lol I was a huge Bionicle fan once. I sort of stopped playing with 'em but the story was decent.... until Barra Magna.
