So, I made this card. It's random so, i probably won't be adding to it, but it proves I still got it!

Ruza, Winged Princess



Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by randomly removing from play 1 card from your Graveyard. If the removed card is a Spell or Trap Card, this card gains 300 ATK points. If the removed card is a Monster Card, your opponent losses 600 Life Points.

Yeah I know cards not complete in terms of loading but nothing I can do about that

Yeah, not bad. I like the Name (though "Princess" seems... redundant. -_-' ), and the Effect isn't bad. Nice choice of a pic, too.

Effect is relatively imaginative, the image might be better if inverted; your OCG is now very good.
Perhaps could be finalised with a Fairy-Type dual typing, since the picture seems to suggest fairy-like aspects.
