i think Vortex Dragons picture already belongs to a card but im not sure (reason i think this is because it really does look like a real card pic) effects are ok OCG is good 8/10

Vortex Dragon is virtually Jinzo's effect, but at least it's harder to get out onto the field, so it's better balanced out
