Poll: Would it be a bad or good idea to have A Dungen and Dragons RP?

one question i have been waiting for, would it be a bad or good idea to have A Dungen and Dragons RP.
Yes i know what most people are thinking, 8 words and 2 words to tell you. Do not knock it till you try it. and WHY NOT!!

The only difference from the real game is everyone will have to use a random number generator for dice( http://www.random.org/integers/ ), because most peopple don't have a 20, 4, 6,8, and 10 sided, dice laying around in there house.

I have been waiting to do this after i got the 200 sum number of books on pdf documents.

If yes then i need some ideas on how to do it, or improve the idea.

Is it a good idea or bad I need to know.
